Zen Industrial Engineers has developed a machine that runs without gears and gearbox, which has earlier. Now the decatizing machine runs with the help of hydraulic oil. The machine with hydraulic power pack will run the machine very smoothly and noise free. Most importantly, maintenance free. The problem of maintenance of gears and gearboxes, cloth is been totally demolished by this new development by Zen Industrial Engineers. It will help the customer to improve their production with less maintenances and less noise of the running machine. The machine also includes a PLC which will help the operator. We have developed fully stainless steel body jiggers with stainless steel rollers to avoid any kind of rust and to increase the life of the jiggers by many years than of cast iron body jiggers. The stainless steel jiggers works with more stability and crease free due to more rigidness.
